My Background

After college, I worked as an Outward Bound Instructor and Rock Climber in North Carolina. I saw people overcome extraordinary challenges. It ignited my passion in change potential. I worked in Hospice helping others through the pain of death, dying, and grief. I have worked as Program Director and Lead Therapist helping those with mental health challenges. I specialized for several years in women's reproductive health and worked with a traditional healer from Belize. I have studied intensely under Functional Medicine Practitioners and Herbalists over 30 years, which taught me the correlation between mental and physical health. My unique background allows me to craft a plan for you that is individualized and powerful.

You deserve to feel better. We are a culture suffering from anxiety, depression, and multiple emotional concerns. We have habits and addictions that plague us and disrupt our lives and relationships. We now know so much about how the brain can change and how to support people to make those changes. We heal through human connection. I will help you see patterns you couldn't see before and help you grow beyond what you thought you were capable of. The people I work with continue to inspire me to create lasting change in the lives of many. I focus my private practice on helping support Adults, Individuals and Couples to weather the storm and create meaningful change.
